Updated: Went into my local store yesterday and they were signing people up right when you walk in.  The process is done electronically and it took 2 minutes. You’ll get your tags immediately (keychain, etc).  I spent $68 and when I looked at the receipt on my way to the car, I saw that I had a FREE gallon of milk loaded onto my card that I can use on my next visit!
