Operation Kindness Event ~ Save $50 On Dog Adoptions at Norma’s Cafe Friday, August 24th

Here’s a great event to show your support of Operation Kindness.  This Friday, August 24th, Norma’s Cafe in Dallas will host the “Dog Days of Summer” Pet Adoption Event from 11:30 am – 1 pm. There will be dogs available for adoption as well as great deals at Norma’s. For example a portion of the tea sales on Friday will benefit the shelter’s operation costs.

Operation Kindness is also offering a special on dog adoptions. They are already reducing their adoption fees by $25 but if you mention WFAA, you can get $50 off your adoption costs. That means adult dog adoption fees will now be $110 (regularly $160) and for puppies, the adoption fee is $135 (regularly $185). This fee includes the adoption, and all dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations. It’s a great deal.

In addition to that, Norma’s Cafe will offer a free slice of pie for anyone who orders their special — Double Barrel Chili Dog — yum!

This event is at the Norma’s Cafe North Dallas location at 17721 N. Dallas Parkway. And remember the “Dog Days of Summer” event is only from 11:30 am-1 pm on Friday, August 24th.

Operation Kindness is the oldest and largest no-kill shelter in North Texas. Operation Kindness has saved nearly 70,000 dogs and cats since it’s inception. And it cares for an average of 200-250 animals on a day-to-day basis.  Learn more about Operation Kindness at www.OperationKindness.org
