Dove Brand has kicked off 30 days of Dark Chocolate which runs through September 30th. We have some fun treats for you from My Dallas Mommy which I’ll get to in a minute.
I’m sure almost all of you have tried a Dove Brand chocolate treat, and if you haven’t, run out and grab one now! 
Seriously, they are melt-in-your mouth dreamy, individually wrapped pieces of heaven-on-earth. Not only are they great to eat right out of the bag, I use them for gifts, crafts and treats. I once wrapped personalized labels around these yummy squares and gave them to my daughter’s class as a birthday treat. Last year I got clear vases, filled them with wrapped Dove Dark Chocolates and finished it off with a beautiful ribbon for a teacher-appreciation gift.
However, one way I have yet to use Dove Dark Chocolate is in a recipe. Did you know there is an entire area on the Dove website dedicated to recipes? Guess what that means? I’ll be trying one out myself. Stay tuned, as my baking will begin next week (I’ll even have pictures of my final product!) we’d love it if you shared with us some of the ways you use Dove Chocolates, whether it’s in a recipe or as a gift idea.

I melt them, dip strawberries or other fruit in them and set them on wax paper in the fridge to harden. It's an easy, elegant and pretty healthy dessert! (And, of course, yummy!!)

I keep a bag of Dove Dark Chocolates in my desk drawer at work. When my coworkers are needing a littlle lift, I place one on their desk while they're away. They've even started a Dove Promises wall where they place all the wrappers with the inspiring messages. It keeps us all smiling and remembering Life is Good and Chocolate is Precious!
I use them to make dark chocolate mousse, soo goood

Bake a batch of double chocolate cupcakes and while they're still warm, I cut a small x in the top and put one down in, then frost as usual…decadent!

One year I used ribbon & taped Dove chocolates to it & made a colorful & tasty candy garland for my Christmas tree. Pieces were eaten through the holiday season & when the tree cam down the ribbon was nearly empty.
I bake them inside chocolate chip cookie dough or peanut butter cookie dough- just wrap the dough around the Dove piece and bake!

The way I use my Dove Chocolate? They make the BEST milkshakes. Nothing like sweet bits of dark chocolate in my milkshakes. When it's too cold for the milkshakes, I break out the brownie bites and stick a wedge of Dove Dark Chocolate in the center. Mm mm mm! Talk about the life of ANY party~! <3

So while the company I work for was going thru some changes and extra work was piled on the office personnel I made some cards for the girls and taped a piece of chocolate to them.
