Wow!  Here’s a HOT deal to look for next time you’re in Kroger.  I found this not with the taco shells, but on the endcap of my local Kroger in the ethnic food section.  No, the sign isn’t wrong and it rang up correctly – WOOT! Buy a package of Ortega yellow corn taco shells (5.8 ounce) for $0.95 and use the peelie on the package, $1.50/2 Ortega taco shells for a sweet deal!  Here’s what it looks like:

Wanted to share her experience… check your store!

Karen’ husband went to their local Kroger on Main Street and Teel Pkwy in Frisco. When he went there is a section 75% off, in that section are some Barbies/Disney Princess dolls. They are marked $5.99, but NOT 75% off. He did not get them one, but was behind a woman who bought some, they rang up as regular price. The cashier had some check to see if the woman was right in saying they are on a $5.99 shelf, sure enough they said that the dolls are on a display some on a shelf marked $5.99 others with no tags. The cashier gave the woman the dolls (some which were originally marked $17.99).

When my husband gets home he tells me what happened, so I called to speak to the manager Tammi and she said that the dolls ARE $5.99, but not 75% off. These also make great gifts to put away for Christmas/Hanukkah!
